I've checked the latest issue of design and applied arts index on CD-ROM and
it contains a number of articles of the technique of sandblasting glass,
e.g.:

Looks at the technique of sandblast etching on glass, particularly
three-dimensional glass.  Artists discussed include Brock Craig, Bernice
Furman, Joan Irving amd Markian Olynk.

I believe that the index is taken by one of the libraries at NTNU.
When you enter the CD-ROM, go to Search Option 1: Full Text Search, and type
Glass Sandblast.
