The best response to my inquiry re Process: Architecture was (I don't
think that my respondent will mind my sharing it with you all):

I called this number too, which belongs to International Specialized
Book Services. They had no active order for Carnegie Mellon either
(though they had old acount records). Apparently we all got cut off at
the end of 1996 when P:A began having publishing delays. They told me
to reinstate it through my vendor. So they should be hearing from all
of our vendors soon! What remains unclear is whether the journal is on
its way back or its way out.
