To the Herron and others:
Many museum libraries have endowments. I wouldn't think that the
administration of the endowment would be radically different between museums
and academic institutions. Is there a reason why you are only interested in
academic libraries? Or can someone on the list enlighten me about political
or other critical factors? In either case, the librarian must work through
the institutional development/fund raising office.
