We have used NH rather than TR at UBC and find it far superior,
especially for the monographs on individual photographers which one wants
grouped by country .
I should add, however, that there is constant pressure from the library
administration to change to TR, and, by the way, *not* to redo the old.
That would, in effect, create 2 places for monographs on an individual -
a TR # and an older NH# - the worst of all possible ideas.
