The Membership Committee is pleased to announce that it is seeking candidates for the section on the ARLIS/NA website titled “Featured Art Libraries” (FAL).
FAL is an ongoing item on the ARLIS/NA website that focuses on collections, spaces, programs, outreach, and innovations of libraries staffed by members of the ARLIS/NA community. Sharing the profiles of these institutions with others serves to highlight the collections, spaces, and initiatives of our members’ libraries, as well as inspire and inform current and potential ARLIS/NA members.
The Committee is looking for FAL submissions. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact Samantha Tator ([log in to unmask]).
Guidelines:
• Articles should highlight unique and distinctive qualities of the libraries, collections, and services.
• Articles should include at least 2-3 pictures of the space and/or highlighted items in the collection.
• Articles should be 300-500 words. Longer submissions can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
