Attention all Fashion, Textile & Costume librarians ... and those who are curious!
The ARLIS/NA Fashion, Textiles & Costume (FTC) Special Interest Group (SIG) meets on Friday April 26, 2013 4:45pm - 5:45pm in Ballroom A.
Join your colleagues from around the world to share ideas, discuss common challenges, hear about new information resources, develop projects, and plan presentations and events for the 2014 conference.
We depend on our members to help shape the future of the FTC librarianship!
ABOUT THE FTC SIG:
Established in March of 2011, the Fashion, Textile & Costume (FTC) Special Interest Group (SIG) of ARLIS/NA is a forum for sharing ideas pertinent to fashion, textile & costume librarianship. Participants capitalize on the shared experiences and knowledge of the FTC library community. The group is primarily composed of members from academic, public, museum and corporate libraries concerned with developing professional skills in areas such as reference, library instruction, and collection development.
If you have something you'd like to add to the FTC SIG Meeting Agenda, or if you would like to play a leadership role in the FTC SIG, please contact me ASAP!
I'm looking forward to seeing you all in Pasadena!
