Didn't mean to freak anyone. I sent the message after the ARLIS reservation link gave me a 'failed reservation/call the hotel' message Sunday night, and two different reservation people (one via the direct number and the other via the 800 number) not only had trouble finding the ARLIS block but confirmed that there were only Club floor rooms remaining at $309. Perhaps Chris can call get their reservation folks to be more aware of the ARLIS arrangement?
I was told that their regular room rate for the conference period is $235 for king or double room, so my AAA discount was off of that.
