Registration is fine when the library has had an opportunity to work 
with faculty and students, but in a large academic, as opposed to 
departmental, library setting, there simply are not enough 
opportunities. Left to their own devices, I think they could be 
frustrated.  Libraries are moving to a more user-friendly, Googlesque 
environment, e.g., Primo. ARTstor seems to be going in the other 
direction.
