I am inquiring about internships and practicums that you offer or have
offered in your art libraries. I am trying to get an idea of how
interns and student practicums fit into the overall workflow of art
libraries.
A few questions, but any information you can provide would be greatly
appreciated...
Do you have set internships that you advertise? If so, where do you
advertise?
How often do you use interns (ie summer, semesterly...)?
What kinds of work and projects do you have your interns do?
How important are they to the overall workflow of your library?
I am particularly interested in the use of interns in museum libraries
but would also like to hear from academic and other art libraries.
Thanks so much!
