To add somewhat to the confusion, the Metropolitan Museum of Art
Bulletins, especially volumes that serve as exhibition catalogues,
are sometimes reprinted in cooperation with Yale University Press
soon after publication -- as was the case with the title on Duccio.
Although the Yale editions make very clear that they are reprints,
they generally reference only the season and year of the quarterly
journal (e.g., "Summer 2008"), rather than the exact volume and issue number.
