The Caspersen School of Graduate Studies at Drew University announces a new MA/PhD program in History and Culture. The program will focus on the intellectual and cultural history of modern Europe and America. The first PhD students will be admitted in 2010, and MA students will be admitted in 2009. Like its predecessor program in Modern History and Literature, the History and Culture program will include an emphasis on book history. It will also have greater interdisciplinary breadth and will offer more generous financial support to doctoral students.
Prospective students are invited to attend an open house on Thursday, October 30 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in Mead Hall on the Drew University campus:
