Peter,
Actar was kind to respond immediately to our
inquiry, and they report that only the first
1,000 copies of the "Mutations" catalogue
included a CD-ROM. They explained that the CD was
considered a "promotional addition not relevant
for the content." Once those copies sold, all
remaining copies were sold without the CD-ROM.
The catalogue itself is apparently still in
print, but unfortunately, the CD is no longer available.
