Reference/Instruction Librarian
The largest Catholic university in the United States, DePaul University
has been educating Chicago for more than 100 years. An exceptional
opportunity is currently available with an opening for a
Reference/Instruction Librarian at the Lincoln Park Campus (serving the
College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, and the Schools of Education, Music,
and Theatre).
The Libraries seek an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and technologically
adept librarian to provide reference and instruction services to the
DePaul community, both in person and virtually. This is a general
reference position, but we prefer a librarian with art background to
serve as liaison to the Art department as well as previous reference
experience. These positions report to the Coordinator of Reference
Services. Outgoing, imaginative and energetic candidates are encouraged
to apply. DePaul University is a private, comprehensive urban
institution of over 23,000 students with six Chicago-area campuses.
Details and requirements are posted at: https://hr.depaul.edu/careers .
Select Category: Library or do a keyword search using "Librarian." The
Lincoln Park Campus position is Requisition # 1565.
