Its on the ALA website, under "Education & Careers":
http://www.ala.org/ala/hrdr/educprofdev/foreigncredentialsevaluation.htm
Basically, if your degree is CILIP certified, its ALA
certified. If she's applying for jobs in the US, she
may want to list your credentials as "MLIS from
University of X (ALA-accredited)"; if she doesn't
have US citizenship or a work visa, she may want to
research what visas she's eligible for so that she can
inform her potential employer if they express
interest. There are a couple of joint MLIS/MA (Art
History) programs in the US as well; check the
ARLIS/NA website.
good luck!
