Dear Kathryn,
You may have already checked this source, but the Index of Christian
Art gives the following description of the Christ of the South portal:
South façade, central portal, trumeau:
1) Christ: treading on Beasts -- Architectural canopy flanked
by two angels swinging censers and holding navettes, on clouds, above
Christ, crossed decorated nimbus, book in left hand, standing on lion
and dragon;
2) and 3) Pierre Mauclerc: Scene, Charity -- Pierre, a donor,
wreath on head, joined hands (destroyed) raised, kneeling beside
basket filled with loaves,
flanked by servant or pauper holding two loaves and pauper
with loaves in garment;
below, man (arms destroyed) beside Pierre Mauclerc (head and
hands destroyed) and Alix of Thouars, donors, both seated, holding
loaves.
Is that what you are looking for?
yours,
Lucie
