"Wilma." As several of you suggested, it was made by Wilma Manhardt,
who makes one-of-a-kind porcelain objects at the Porcelain Studio in
Punta Gorda, Florida. And my thanks to Wilma herself, who graciously
answered a couole of my e-mails with helpful infomration.
