Hey everyone! The ARLIS-NA conference is a couple of
weeks away, April 1-6 in sunny Houston, TX! Our
meeting will be Sunday, April 3 from 8:00 - 9:30 AM
(!Sooooo... early!!!). Over the next month, I will be
writing the itinerary for our meeting; if you have any
additions, or know of business that needs to be

the meeting, current Vice Moderator Jenni Rodda will
become Moderator and current Co-Vice Moderator Maryly
Snow will become Vice Moderator. The position of

The VRD has organized the following great sessions and
workshops this year:
1. Educating the Educators: Teaching with Digital
Technology. Tuesday, April 5, 1:30-3:00 PM. (NOTE: We
need someone to record the session. If you're
interested in serving, send me an email.)
2. Managing a Digitization Project - workshop by
Howard Brainen. Friday, April 1st, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
(I took Howard's workshop last year: its GREAT!)
3. Case Studies in Digitizing: Image Databases, Course
Reserves, and Finding Aids. Monday, April 4th, 4:00 -
5:30.

5-9 at Duke University, Durham, NC.
