SURVEY OF NET.ART IN ART LIBRARIES
The data gathered in this survey will be used in papers by MLS students Susan
Winkler and Jessica Sowls for the Seminar in Art Librarianship class taught by
B.J. Irvine at Indiana University, Bloomington. We also hope to publish our
research. This survey poses questions related to the role of net.art in art
libraries. For the purposes of this survey, the term net.art refers to websites
created by artists as works of art, which are often interactive, and are
intended to be viewed on the web.
When possible, we have provided multiple choice questions, though we welcome
any further comments you may have. All responses will be kept confidential.
Your name and your institution's name will not appear in our reports, unless
you authorize us to use them. Thank you in advance for your time. We are very
grateful for your participation in our research.
Instructions: For multiple choice questions, please place an x in front of all
options that apply. It is okay to select more than one answer! Additional
comments for all questions are also encouraged. Responses are needed by April
15th at the latest, though preferably sooner. Please email completed surveys to
