I am writing to ask the guidance of participants in the ARLIS listserve
in locating a free lance editor of culinary books. I represent a major
publisher in Slovenia which has published the book "Cuisine of Slovenia"
in Slovenian - which won the Gourmand prize a couple years ago - and
would now like to have a draft English version of the book edited and
proofread for the English speaking market. Any thoughts on editors with
this expertise would be appreciated.
