Dear members,
How many so-called "museum schools" are out there as part of ARLIS? In
preparation for an ARLIS 2005 panel, I'd like to gather a little info on the
development of art schools that were founded along with or affiliated with a
museum, such as my own institution (aka Pennsylvania Museum & School of
Industrial Art in 1876), RISD, MassArt, and others, particularly those
founded in the late 19th century. Please reply to me directly and I'll
summarize for the list. Thank you very much.
Sara
