The Summer Educational Institute for Visual Resources and Image
Management, a joint project by ARLIS/NA and the Visual Resources
Association, is now over and has proven to be a great success!

The four-day workshop was filled to capacity, and had a long waiting list
as well. The response from participants concerning the sessions was
enthusiastic, and plans for next years institute are already underway.

Thanks go especially to co-chairs John Taormino and Mary Wassermann, and
their Implementation Team Debra Cox, Eileen Fry, Leigh Gates, Mark
Pompelia, Jenni Rodda, and Margaret Webster. Thanks also to instructors
and to the participants as well, who made this such a success.
