Dear colleagues:
We are being asked to develop ways of measuring in-house use of print
collections (books and journals). I would like to hear how you are handling
this. How do you measure browsing use, for instance? Re-shelving statistics
are one obvious method, but they don't tell the whole story. I would
appreciate advice from any of you who have undertaken similar evaluation
projects.
Please reply directly to me.
Many thanks,
Jane
