Maybe for future consideration: a web form where people could enter the
info and it gets posted more or less automatically, and they could go in
and delete once they found a roommate. The form/mechanism would only need
creation and then some monitoring, which would be less work in the long run
than someone actually creating the text for each individual posting and
then removing it.
OR perhaps a secondary listserv could be created for members only that is
used solely for purpose of roommate connections for conferences each year.
