The following changes have been made to the schedule that differ from the print version of the preliminary program. Most of these changes are reflected on the website.
Saturday, March 22
the following committees & round table have been added to the Saturday schedule. They were originally scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 24. This change was made so events would not go so late into the evening on Monday.
Professional Development Committee, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
New Art Round Table, 4-5:30 p.m.
Standards Committee, 5-6 p.m.
Monday, March 24
the 3:00 coffee break has been eliminated and the sessions scheduled to begin at 3:30 have been moved up to start at 3:00. This change was made so people wouldn't be tempted to sneak out of the sessions early to attend the Cocktail Party in the Exhibits Hall.
It has come to our attention that the Hotel Reservation form does not have a place for you to put your Wyndham-by-Request number. Headquarters is working on developing an online form which will have a space for this number. If you have already sent in your form, you can call the hotel and have it added to your reservation. If you want to use the form in the preliminary program, be sure to add the number.
And, don't forget to volunteer!
