Dear All,
I am so terribly impressed by all the tidy lists of duplicates being
circulated recently though they spur a question...
How do you compose those tidy, lengthy lists?
I expect people are not typing these thing out by hand -- I hope.
One of my major tasks recently has been to get the weeding process
and duplicates handling whipped into shape. It eludes me how to
efficiently and effectively produce lists of material being
discarded. While everyone's systems and setups are different I think
it would help me, and perhaps others, to know how some of you are
compiling such information.
Thanks,
Maryann
