In response to the question about how art, or art collections
displayed for the public view in art libraries, are implemented, I'd
like to mention a non-art library as an example.
The Tarleton Law Library at the University of Texas at Austin has a
beautiful permanent collection of art displayed throughout the
multiple floors of the Library.
Since the original requester is from the University of North
Carolina, I'm assuming that mention of this collection, within an
academic library environment, might be helpful. You may wish to
contact the librarians there, for more information.
