I am resending the Space Planners Referral List survey circulated Spring
2001. There have been a number of requests both to myself and the list for
information and I thought it would be useful to resend the survey and update
the information for the upcoming conference. If you have already submitted
a completed survey please don't resend unless you have updated information
to provide.
Following please find the Space Planners Round Table Referral List
Questionnaire. The purpose of the SPRT Questionnaire is to gather
information regarding facility projects that may be shared among members
anticipating or involved in building projects of all types and levels. I
encourage anyone involved in a building project to complete the form and
return it so that the information unique to your project is available to
others. Please know that by completing the form you may be contacted by an
ARLIS/NA member seeking information on a building program/project. The
information submitted will be compiled into a referral list and made
available to others involved in facility projects. The compiled information
and form will be available during the conference at the SPRT Business
meeting. Please return your completed form to Sonja Staum-Kuniej. The
