Dear Colleagues:
Recently some of our students and faculty have asked for permission to
bring their own scanner and lap top to the art library for the purpose of
scanning images from our book collection. We are wary of granting this
permission due to concerns about copyright.Have any of you dealt with this
issue? How were you able to resolve it?Should it make a difference whether
the scanner belongs to the library (we don't currently have access to a
scanner) on to the user?
Thanks in advance.
