Those of you who work with artists' books & book arts may know Arthur and
Mata Jaffe. The Jaffes recently donated a large part of their famous
collection to the Florida Atlantic University Libraries last year. Their
continued presence in the workings of the collection at FAU have been an
enormous bonus for all visitors. The Jaffes also have been avid supporters
of the FAU Libraries, for which we are enormously grateful.
This morning we were saddened to hear of the death of Mata Jaffe. A press
