Yes, I, too, agree with Joan. How many times are we faced with 2 candidates
who have essentially the same good qualifications and we must choose. Of
course, you will choose the one who you think will best fit into your
environment and have the temperment conducive to good team work. Believe
me, I have seen enough instances where we made the wrong choice and had to
pay for it later!
