Basic Responsibilities are as follows:
^^ Create hierarchy, taxonomy, nomenclature and procedures for archiving
all studio work (physical and digital), slides, photo CDs, etc.
^^ Manage the computer back-up, off-site back-up, server, and digital
archive.
^^ Manage all physical archives (on-site and off-site).
^^ Catalogue, organize, and manage reference library, including all books,
magazines, video tapes, films, etc.
^^ Make appropriate library acquisitions within a set budget, renew
periodical subscriptions, determine new subscriptions and discontinue
irrelevant ones.
^^ Respond to requests for images and other material for promotional
purposes.
^^ Create and maintain studio intranet that encompasses contact database,
image server, and other pertinent digital information
^^ Circulate clippings and stream relevant highlights from the web to
interested individuals.
^^ Maintain and update press kit
^^ Research and synthesize project-specific information
