An invitation to ARLIS attendees:
Please visit the Book House exhibit (No. 505) at the upcoming ARLIS Los
Angeles conference to learn about Book House Firm Order and Standing Order
book and media supply services for libraries.
Noted Pacific Northwest sculptor, Jim Gion, will be modelling clay on
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the Book House exhibit. Mr.
Gion's portfolio includes both public and private commissions in bronze
and fired-clay. The well-known bronze, cylindrical monuments in the
Portland Japanese Memorial Garden are one of Mr. Gion's public commissions.
Please come by to observe and ask questions.
