Questionnaire. The purpose of the SPRT Questionnaire is to gather
information regarding facility projects that may be shared among us as we
anticipate or are involved in building projects of all types and levels. I
encourage anyone involved in a building project to complete the form and
return it so that the information unique to your project is available to
others. Please know that by completing the form you may be contacted by an
ARLIS/NA member seeking counsel on a building program/project. These
documents will be collected/organized and made available over the web in the
near future. The form will be available during the conference at the SPRT
Business and SPRT Discussion Group meetings. Please return your completed
