I had originally sent this to the AASL listserv, as I am strictly interested
in architecture libraries, but I've gotten very few responses, so I figured
I would send it out to ARLIS, in the thought that some architecture
librarians didn't see it on AASL. Any information would be appreciated-

Subject: duplicate formats
Hi:
Our library administration has asked us to look at the duplication of
indexes or journals in paper and electronic formats in our specific
disciplines, and also at other issues with electronic publications as
a whole. I'd really like to try to get a sense of what other
architecture libraries are doing:
Have you cancelled print copies of journals and are accessing them
only online?
Have you cancelled print copies of architectural indexes?
How have you dealt with the cd-roms? Things like Architectural Graphic
Standards or cds of building codes or cds like the Great Buildings cd.
I'd love to be able to have these on a cd tower, but our network hasn't
been able to support them.
Any other issues with electronic publications that you've grappled
with recently?
Please respond to me directly, and thanks so much for your help-
