You might think on seeing "Autry Museum of Western Heritage" that it's
just a cowboy museum. It isn't 'just' anything. I had no idea the
first time I went that it was going to be so much fun. The Autry has
an amazing collection that celebrates not only the historical west, but
the mythological west as well. Yes, there are exhibits on cowboy art
and wagon trains, buffalo and cattle but there are also Wild West
shows, rodeos, movie westerns and so much more. The tour includes a
visit to the Research Center, which supports the scholarly,
interpretive, and educational activities of the museum in the broadest
sense.

Just what IS Jurassic Technology? Sign up for the tour and see what
the museum's founder, David Wilson, thinks it is. No, it has nothing
to do with dinosaurs. After visiting the Museum of Jurassic Technology
the tour heads to Bergamot Station, an arts complex with something for
everyone. Final destination is the Third Street Promenade, which DOES
have something to do with dinosaurs.

Bright lights, big city. Catch it all on the fabulous Museum of Neon
Art Night Cruise. Take a seat on the double-decker bus and learn the
history of neon as you pass vintage signs, movie marquees and
contemporary neon installations on this narrated tour. The tour
includes a visit to MONA itself, the only institution of its kind in
the world.
