Be sure to go to the Mingei Museum of Folk Art -- a true delight and a
wonderful giftshop of handcrafted items by artists. It is in Balboa Park and
another must see is all the architecture there that is left from one of the
old Expositions, can't recall which one. Also "Old Town", I believe it is
called -- location of the original San Diego. In addition, another must see
if Mission San Diego. The latter two -- Old Town and Mission San Diego are
stops on the San Diego rail system. And oh yes, the San Diego Museum of
Contemporary Art too!
