Hi Shawn,
We contribute to the Canadian galleries' and museums' library exchange
program, which sends out publications produced by contributing institutions
to other gallery and museum libraries across the country. We usually send
these items out on a yearly basis, and contribute all our new catalogues as
well as our latest annual report. (We do not include our quarterly
newsletter.)
In terms of duplicate and weeded items from our gallery's Resource Centre
(both monographs and serials), we use the Canadian Book Exchange Centre
program administered by the National Library of Canada.
Hope this information is of some help.
