A couple questions if you have the time:
How many of you are expected to provide computer tech. support (example:
defragging, disc scan, virus protection, security, doctoring crashes, etc.)
in addition to your librarian and/or slide library duties?
What level of support (in terms of time and technicality) do you provide, if
any?
