The National Film Board of Canada produced a six-part series with Lewis
Mumford in 1963 entitled "Lewis Mumford on the City". You can find
details on each episode along with ordering information at:
http://www.nfb.CA/FMT/E/inte/M/Mumford_Lewis.html
This may not be what you want, but it is closely related. The films feature
music by Canadian composer Robert Fleming.
